At any one of our 135 seats throughout the Bar & Grill’s restaurant, you will indulge in seasonal selections such as mouthwatering sandwiches including our light wraps or famed southwest burger, hearty salads, one of our Chef’s daily specials, or our Bistro menu items of beef tenderloin medallions with sautéed mushrooms or jumbo shrimp with capellini pasta and plum tomatoes to name a few. If you join us before 11am, your taste buds will yearn for the fresh aromas of our robust breakfast menu items such as buttermilk blueberry pancakes, Texas French toast, steak & eggs, the ultimate breakfast enchilada that packs some spice and zing, or the light fruit plate complete with a freshly baked muffin. The Resort will become a regular weekend habit after you try our Saturday and Sunday Brunch Buffet, available from 6am to 12pm.
At the right time of the year you can step outside onto our patio overlooking the 18th green and enjoy a refreshing beverage while watching your group hit their approach shots into one of our signature holes. For those who enjoy a nice cigar, our cushy cigar lounge is the perfect escape to indulge in this pleasure complete with floor to ceiling windows that make you feel as though we are actually on the green.
