Christie Shaw Director of Marketing Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort Defining the guest experience is the main focus for Christie Shaw, the Director of Marketing for the resort.  She oversees and manages all aspects of marketing from advertising and public relations to the performance of the guest services department. Shaw is an Arizona native with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Communication, with an emphasis in Political Communication, from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.  An avid Arizona Wildcat fan, she began her career as a Territory Manager for a Fortune 10 company.

Transitioning into the technology sector, she then became a Regional Marketing Manager for a publicly traded technology integration and development company and then spent several years as a Director of Marketing for two mid-size firms in the commercial development, architectural, engineering and construction industry.   In 2005, she moved with her husband to Las Vegas and joined the resort as the Director of Marketing in October 2006.

Shaw carries over a decade of marketing experience and is very involved in non-profit organizations.  In her spare time she enjoys writing, sports and hiking, extensive traveling, and home renovations projects with her husband, Mike.  She also has a true passion for animals and loves every moment spent with her feline and canine boys, Simon, Charlie and Sonny.
