Visitors to the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort are treated to dining unlike any other resort in Las Vegas, courtesy of Chef Todd Noetzel. He believes that a meal should be produced as a work of art, and applies this philosophy to the entire process, from meal planning to the presentation. The Chef oversees operations inside the 150-seat clubhouse restaurant, the 300-seat banquet room, three golf course snack bars and the employee dining room.
Chef Noetzel has nearly 20 years of culinary experience in both the hotel and restaurant industries. Prior to coming on as head chef at Paiute Golf Resort, Noetzel was the Banquet Sous Chef at the Las Vegas Hilton for three years and Saucier for four years.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Noetzel enjoys golf, camping, hiking and all other outdoor activities.
